My experience in BTPS
At first when I was in BTPS, I was scared that I would not have a lot of friends. But when the first days, I already have some friends but not really fast meeting friends but we have some coincidence the first friend of mine is Billie who is still in my class 6Hope now. How we meet was that when I was primary one my Chinese exam always get the same marks as him, he was always in the same class as me too! So that’s how we became friends. Then I meet a lot more friends like Chee kiat whom his IT is good that when primary four he always help our teacher, Mrs. Chan. Then I still have friends like Trevor, Jeremy, Glen and a lot more. I specially took out their names is because they where all my friends the best of all friends in my primary school sad is that we are going in separate schools.
My learning journey in BTPS
When I was primary one I hate was learning I love to play sports. But I love Chinese because it is interesting and I am Chinese, so I must be good in it. Then when I was in primary four my teacher, Mrs. Chan thought me writing composition in computer so everyone was interested in typing compositions. After finishing it, we printed it and we can play games. Then, after primary four I went to primary six, that teacher was the teacher I hated the most I always did not went in her class but this time, I was so unlucky that I went in her class. I was a very naughty students I hated Maththematics, English and Science I hated Mathematics is because the teacher only knows how to teach then if we don’t know she will not explain and she will not teach us, she will just give us the answer sheet. I hated English is because she always tell us to read books that we does not even like to read. But still someone managed to read finish the books that the teacher wants us to read. But all those we need to buy ourselves. How waste of money. And that year, my SA2 Mathematics only scored 15/100. I thought I will not have any hopes anymore. But this year, my teacher, Miss Neoh thought me Mathematics that now in my preliminary, my Mathematics scored the forth highest in class. I am really thankful that I had a good teacher in last of the year.
My feeling about leaving BTPS
I will feel alone if I none of my friends are with me then I have to find new friends. And the teacher that helps me, I will also miss them. Anyway I will go to the school to find them when it is teacher’s day. But now I still need to think about how to find more friends in secondary schools. It is really hard to find friends it not so easy like primary schools I think so. But I still wish that I will go to the same school as my friends if not I wish that we can still meet with each others again. I will really miss them. The teachers that I know always did not forget me so I must also not forget them. I will also go to the school to look for them and help them.
Some interesting events I participated in BTPS
When I was in this school, I joined the band, at first I do not know how to play an instrument but after two weeks of training, I only know how to blow do-rei me-fa-so-la-ti-do. I still do not know how to play songs. Then I started to play songs but our school does not have the instrument I used. Oh ya, I forgot to tell you what my instrument is. My instrument is the tuba. Our school does not have the instrument so we used the keyboard as it produced a lot sounds so I used the tuba sound then after few weeks, I found that the band store has some new tubas I did not expected that I have a new tuba then after some years of practice, we have the SYF which is known as Singapore Youth Festival. But we got silver then after the holidays, our instructor changed of because we did not get a gold award. I also do not know why we did not get gold, we will not see our instructor again. At first, I am not really used with this new instructor but he is still good to us but if we are noisy, he will scold us then this year SYF came, we still get the silver award we were so sad that some of us cried because we were scared that we will not see the instructor again. But our principle said this times SYF the judges are a little bit tough so he will not change the instructor.
Writing Mr. Raja a letter
Dear Mr. Raja,
I feel so sad that when we leave the school, you also leave the school even I also thought that when we are very proud that we leave that school as the same time as you retire. Actually, if you go, when we come back in teacher’s day, we will not see you. We will miss you a lot. But you are really heartless that you changed our band instructor but it is also good that we met another instructor that is also so nice like our ex-instructor. I do not have a lot to tell you but just wished that you to be more healthy.
